Contemporary gospel singer, Dieu Donne, known in private life as Eric Ankamah, has launched his maiden album at the Presbyterian Church of Ghana Ascension Congregation in Accra.
The launch saw award-winning gospel singer, Opiese Esther, Minister Frank Percy thrill the congregation and invited guests with soothing and energetic performance.
Over 200 copies of the album christened: “Yahweh Songs of Hope,” were sold at the launch.
Speaking in an interview, Minister Dieu Donne averred that it took him several years to come out with the album, and expressed gratitude to God for bringing him to this far.
When asked about the number of songs on the Yahweh album, he disclosed that “it consists of nine good songs, which cut across praises and worship.”
The songs include ‘Fill Me Now,’ ‘Yahweh,’ ‘Declaration,’ ‘I Have A Story,’ ‘Wa Wie’ to wit [It’s Done] among other great songs.
The budding gospel musician dedicated his maiden album to God almighty and to his late mother, Margaret, and Mabel Ankamah.
