Ashanti Regional Director for Food and Drugs Authority (FDA), Mrs Nora Tei Larbi, has urged Ghanaians not to buy sex enhancement drugs on the market because FDA do not register such drugs.
She said especially the drugs not written in English.
She added that they have been moving on the market to seize those illegal drugs so the general public must be wary of those drugs.
She called on the general public to draw the attention of the Food and Drugs Authority of where such drugs are being sold.
According to her, it was important to speak to a medical professional because problems with sexual function can be indicative of more serious, underlying medical issues.
