Gospel artiste, Bismark Takyi, has released his latest single titled ‘His Name.’
The song, done in the contemporary vein highlights the greatness of God and what He is capable of doing.
Produced under the BTM record label, ‘His Name’ features Papa Owura, one of the talented budding gospel musicians.
Speaking to Citi Showbiz, he disclosed he decided to do ‘His Name’ in the contemporary style to reach out to diverse audience.
“I realised there are people who like the contemporary gospel so as I produce the usual traditional ones, I need to think about them too,” he said.
Bismark Takyi released his first album in 2012 ‘Akyedie’ which had eight tracks on it. He followed up with ‘Higher Heights’, which had 11 tracks and featured songwriter and singer, OJ. He also has a song purposely done for mothers.
Bismark Takyi started doing music at a tender age, playing almost all the musical instruments; keyboard, guitar bass and lead, drums and also trumpet and my motivation is the word of God.
