Fourth edition of the Ghana Gas Forum (GGF) is scheduled to take off on Tuesday, November 7-Wednesday 8, 2017 in Accra.
Chaired by renowned Ghanaian economist, Mr. Kwame Pianim, the two-day event is set to deliver expert analysis and rigorous debates that will lead to policy recommendations as well as build consensus amongst the diverse stakeholders who will be attending.
A statement issued by Ghana National Gas Company and copied to Today in Accra yesterday said that this year’s forum will feature two new components namely the Energy Minister’s Session and the Roundtable Discussions, the latter to be hosted by the Deputy Energy Minister, Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam.
On the expert panel will be Managing Director of Tullow Oil Ghana, Mr. Charles Darku, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ghana National Gas Company, Dr. Ben Asante.
According to the statement, the forum will also attract a rich list of resource persons who will ensure that analysis and discussions across varied disciplines are thorough.
It said presentations, debates and recommendations from GGF2017 will be captured in a comprehensive report that will act as a key industry reference document.
