Suspected serial fraudster who was arrested last week by the Police in Kumasi had full access to his phones even while in police cells, Today can report.
The suspect, Michael Asante, who is eyeing the Subin constituency branch of New Patriotic Party (NPP) Organiser made several calls from the police cells.
