Central regional representative in this year’s Ghana’s Most Beautiful (GMB) reality show, Baaba Botchway, was on Sunday adjudged the Star Performer of the night, after the contestants made their second appearance marking their two weeks into the competition.
All the contestants appeared on stage to showcase their acting prowess thus illustrating a day in the life of an ordinary Ghanaian, ranging from office workers to market women.
However, the Central Region contestant made so strong a case for the patronage of made-in-Ghana goods that judges, Linda Ampah and Oscar Provencal, gave her thumbs-up even before other contestants mounted the stage.
According to Mr. Oscar, her performance was excellent and natural and also straight to the point.
The judges encouraged the contestants to put in more efforts in their subsequent presentations as they seemed to be lacking in some areas.
Baaba was also adjudged the Most Eloquent of the night with the Northern Regional representative, Zeinab, also the Best Costumed contestant of the night.
